"Item photo shows bottle, but is packaged in blister packs instead, which I don't like. Didn't realize that tablets are to be taken sublingual rather than swallowed (must read the fine print!). They take much longer to dissolve than directions state. Not sure how effective they are. Prefer the Natrol version, which I will order in the future."
