"If you have too much dosage like 600mg of Niacin in a long period of time, you might hurt your liver. But taking with 100mg or 200mg in a empty stomach you also can get flushes. Enjoy this flushes that will do a lot of benefits to your body ."

"I have tried different brands of Niacin and have found this to be the most effective so far, providing a nice flush almost everytime I take it. The only drawback for me is I would like to find a larger size bottle as 100 tablets last me only 25 days."
