"I've been using this for about 18 months now, 3/day, last one about 7pm. Many studies on placebo effect cast doubt on St. John's Wort's effectiveness at anything, but I can definitively say that it's effect on dreams is spectacular. Of course, most of them fade, but I've had the greatest time lately between 2 and 4am. Epic, technicolor, and cast of thousands. And it seems to improve my mood, too."
