"I have been taking St. John's Wort for three months now and definitely noticed a large improvement on my mood. I even convinced my husband to try it and now he uses it regularly too. In the three months we have tried several brands including this one. Although this is a good form of it, I prefer a different brand. They are all a little different so I would suggest trying a few brands until you find the one that works best for you and this would be a brand to try. As the bottle says, you have to take it for several weeks before it really noticeably works and that is about how long it took for me."
