Helps to calm you!,

"Taurine helps calm me with no side effects. I used to have uncontrolable outbursts of anger. I started taking Taurine and Lithinase 3 times a day, about a year ago. I have not had an outburst since. I have gotten angry, but have been able to control it."

"I selected this product because it comes in tablet form, and I wanted to avoid gelatin capsules. After receiving it, I read on the label that the product contains wheat/gluten. This information is provided in the Vitacost product description -- but not in bold print as it is on the label -- and I didn't notice it. Because of gluten intolerance, I cannot use this product."
