"I am convinced that this is the best form (natto extracted K2) of K available. The only downside is the cost compared to the lab made K1."

"This product contains good amounts of vitamin D, and a good version of vitamin K. But the amounts of vitamin K are microscopic for the use I needed - cardiovascular amounts are around 20 mg, I understand, but this measures in micrograms. I think it is sort of mislabelled and should be called vitamin D with a dash of K2 instead of vitamin K2. I am going back to vitamin D only tabs, until a vitamin K tab arrives that fits me better. Service, however, was great!"
