ADULTS: As a dietary supplement, take 1-4 sprays per day for no more than 10 days at a time. This product is not intended for continuous use. CHILDREN: Take one half of the adult usage. Insert attached sprayer into the bottle. Remove protective cap and safety clip. Hold sprayer close to mouth. Press plunger down briskly while breathing through nose.
