Spectrum Canola Oil Baking Spray with Flour Directions

Different oils have different uses, and each performs best within a certain range of temperatures. This oil is intended for high heat baking applications.

 

Shake well before using.  Hold can 6 to 12 inches from unheated cooking surface and spray until coated. Do not refrigerate.
