"This one dish meal in a can has healthy ingredients and is handy for on the go eating in a pinch, but doesn't have much flavor. I would recommend it only if you are very health conscious and are stuck for a handy small meal that doesn't require refrigeration or heating."

"I read a lot of good reviews about this product so decided to try it. It is a very quality product and I am glad I purchased it. But, while the taste is great for canned food it didn't quite live up to the hype. I was expecting this product to be the greatest thing since sliced bread. I have to admit it is very good for canned food, but it is still canned food and tastes like canned food.
But I will definetely buy this again as it is very conveniant, healthy, inexpensive, and fairly tasty. My kids love it especially because it comes with it's own special spoon and a packet with a unique mix of honeys from Europe. Good product."

"This does not need heating up... it tastes great from the container. It makes a good meal if you are on a gluten-free diet and are around others who aren't and there is food present you can't eat—just bring this with. It is small enough to fit in a purse."
