"Just like the St. Dalfour can Salmon with vegetables this is a very good product for canned food. It's convenient, inexpensive, healthy, and tasty.
My kids like it because it comes with a cute little spoon and a packet of sauce. We liked the salmon with vegetables a little better, but this is good too. I will definetely buy again."

"I did not realize exactly what I had ordered...but man was it a great surprise. It comes with an easy open can and a fork. I ate it cold because I wanted to try it but I can imagine it being even more delicious warmed up. I will certainly order more of these and keep these in my car and at work."

"Maybe they aren't quite large enough for a full meal, but I have found several of the St Dalfour meals to be exceptionally satisfying. (I've only tried the vegetarian versions, BTW). They taste good, they taste fresh, and the ingredients are wholesome."

"I tried this on a bed of green lettuce and various crunchy veggies and it really added a nice dimension. Good protein and fiber source, low carb, too--I didn't use the included sauce, and the canned mix was flavorful enough to eat without any dressing on the salad."
