	Sungold Foods Sunbutter Natural -- 16 oz "I finally learned trick for "natural" type butters. I stand the jar upside down until natural oil has slightly mixed with the "butter". Transfer to small container and mix with fork well. This will keep the oil from separating from the butter. I store in refridgerator, it retains a smooth, spreadable consistency.
