"I have found this product to be effective at giving me a little energy. However, I also found that if I take the maximum dose recommended, I feel anxious. Much better results taking 1 or 2 pills per day not 1-2 per meal."

Not Working Any More, September 22, 2008

"I've taken this product off and on over the past seven years, to aid in weight loss. It used to raise my metabolism and my skin looked smoother. After a hiatus of using this, I ordered it again. It must be my body, but after finishing the bottle, I have not experienced increased metabolism or skin improvements. So for myself, I will not order again."

Helped with joint pain, July 9, 2008

"I purchased this product to help with some joint pain I have been having in my shoulder and hip. I definetly noticed a decrease in stiffness and pain while on this product. It took about 2 weeks of taking the maximum dose, before I really noticed a difference. As far as it's weight reducing claims, I haven't noticed any change in my weight from taking this product."
