Organic Tazo Chai is an aromatic, sensual experience that comes from many exotic parts of the world. Rich Indian and Ceylon black teas are combined with spicy, sweet cinnamon, Madagascar cloves and other spices from the Malabar Coast of India. Sweetened and served with milk, it can make your taste buds think you're sitting in Kashmir.

At various times throughout history, Tazo has surfaced among the more advanced cultures of the day as a way to combat the mundane. When the spirit of a village started to fall and people lost their enthusiasm for life, the leader would often summon a tea shaman to distribute Tazo, which gave the community a renewed sense of joy.

1. Bring some fresh, filtered water to a boil.
2. For hot tea, place one Tazo® filterbag in your cup, mug or gourd.
3. Pour 8 fl oz of water over the filterbag.
4. Steep for 5 minutes while contemplating you favorite eternal mysteries.

If iced tea is your desire, use two filterbags, steep normally, and then pour over ice.
