To create your own version of TAZO® ORGANIC CHAI, you would accumulate many frequent flyer miles shuttling between Asia, Africa and Central America gathering rich black tea, sweet cinnamon, zingy ginger, spicy star anise and warm cardamom. Happily, the wonderful result would more than make up for a lot of bad airline food.
1. Bring some fresh, filtered water to a boil.
2. For hot tea, place one Tazo® filterbag in your cup, mug or gourd.
3. Pour 8 fl oz of water over the filterbag.
4. Steep for 5 minutes while contemplating you favorite eternal mysteries.
If iced tea is your desire, use two filterbags, steep normally, and then pour over ice.
