"I was made aware that I should take more vitamin C. This seems good for the price, no added junk, easy to take. I guess like so many other supplements we take, I can just hope it's doing its part."

"My natural doctor has me on a very high dose of vitamin C after first doins a vitamin C flush. I've bought other crystal and powder products for much more money but have found Thopson C Buffered Crystals to as good as any of them so I come back for more. A heaping 1/2 teaspoon equals 3000mg. Tastes salty but isn't no sodium listed in ingredients"
