Waffles:
Each package makes about 8 waffles.
1 package Toro™ Celiac-Safe™ Waffle & Pancake Mix
2 cups water
1/3 cup melted butter or margarine
Combine ingredients in bowl. Stir until mixture is smooth and LET MIX STAND FOR 5 MINUTES to thicken proper consistency.
Bake waffles on a lightly greased hot waffle iron. Eat warm with syrup or cool on a cooling rack and serve with jam.
Pancakes:
Each package makes 12-14 pancakes.
1 package Toro™ Celiac Safe™ Waffle & Pancake mix
1 1/3 cups milk
2 eggs
1 tbsp. oil
1/2 tsp baking powder
Mix ingredients. LET MIX STAND FOR 5 MINUTES to thicken to proper consistency. Bake on hot griddle. Serve.
