Directions

1 teaspoon twice daily in a glass of juice or water supplies a full serving of minerals and trace minerals. At 2 teaspoons per serving, 16 ounces provides 48 servings.

Also can be used on or in any food instead of refined table salt-great for spraying on popcorn. It's an excellent nutritional seasoning.

Warnings

Not to be used by people on sodium restricted diets. For people wishing
to restrict their intake of salt (sodium chloride), use low sodium
