Directions
For adults weighing 125-250 lbs, take 1 capful (1 fluid ounce) daily in a glass of juice or water, or take straight followed with juice or water. For smaller or larger individuals adjust dosage accordingly. Always drink plenty of fluids. Refrigerate after opening.
Warnings
This is a concentrated mineral product containing concentrated lemon and white grape juice and requires consumption of additional fluids. Mix in or follow with a glass of juice or water. Adjust dosage according to body size and your body's needs for minerals. If you are not accustomed to using a concentrated mineral supplement, start with a smaller amount (1/2-1 tsp.) per day and build up over a period of several days.
