"I like this product because it's a really good source of zinc and magnesium in addition to calcium. It tastes as good as it gets for this kind of supplement (it's really not bad). The only issue I have with it is that it has preservatives. I wish there were more alternatives without preservatives at reasonable prices."

"I have been taking this now for about 1yr. and have seen a difference. I take it at bedtime (your body is in its repair mode). I take it by the capful as it equals 2T versus measuring out. I have found the magnesium keeps me regular vs pill forms bind me up too much. Although the taste is good(pina colada), I am kind of getting tired of it, so I may switch to their Orange Vanilla flavored Liquid Coral Calcium Extra as Coral Calcium is the best Calcium you can get. All in all Trace Minerals makes great LIQUID tasting vitamins!"
