"I have tried every magnesium product available, and have gotten almost immediate diarrhea from all of them except intravenous msgnesium. I found this and gave it a try. No diarrhea! It seems to absorb quickly. I have no more leg cramps, sleep great and feel energetic. This stuff tastes horrendous, but if you take it with a sip of juice and follow it with another sip, you can barely taste it. I wish it came in bigger size!"

"It's a good quality supplement at a good price, but my intention was to start giving it to my four year old and the the taste is so bad there is no way that's going to happen. Even though I only had to give him 4 ml, I couldn't find a way to hide the taste without diluting it in at least a gallon of juice- and that kind of defeats the purpose of a concetrated supplement."
