"As with many vitamins time will tell. I have only been taking it for a couple of weeks but enjoy the taste mixed in cold water. I use it in my water bottle while I work out for a recovery/ electrolyte replacement drink. I think most of us are short on minerals so all the better. I do feel a bit of stabilization to keep going while working out even on a very empty stomach at times when I have this little tonic."

Take 1 capful (2 tbsp.) daily in a glass of juice or water or take straight followed by juice or water. For smaller or larger individuals, adjust dosage accordingly. If you are not accustomed to using a concentrated mineral supplement, start with half the suggested dosage per day and increase dosage gradually over a period of at least 7 days. Always drink plenty of fluids when taking this product. Shake well. Refrigerate after opening.
