"To be quite honest, I purchased this product at the prompting of an associate. It was supposed to give me more energy as well as cleanse my system. In short, it did neither. The taste is horrible, it made me gag every time I would take it, no matter what I mixed it with. When mixed with a liquid, all you could taste were the drops and a hint of whatever you mixed it with. When mixed with food, it was similar to being overly salted (on dish with no salt) or akin to taking huge bites of the ocean. Finally, the results were horrible. Not only did I have less energy in my day to day, the drops, at their minimum dose of 20 drops a day, had a laxative effect on my system. It became embarrassing to have to rush to the bathroom several times in the middle of my work day. I would never recommend this product to anyone."

Begin regimen by taking 1/4 teaspoon (20 drops) for 3 consecutive days. Each day thereafter, increase dosage by 5 drops up to 1/2 teaspoon (40 drops) once or twice daily. Mix with any beverage or food at mealtimes to mask the concentrated mineral flavor followed by a glass of juice or water. Moderately ncreased dosages are safe if needed or desired, but larger amounts may cause a laxative effect.
