"I drink this tea either warm or at room temperature with Red Zinger tea and some honey! It aids in digestion and much healthier than drinking any soft drinks! VitaCost's prices are very good for the teas and they send product out immediately."

For maximum benefit, medicinal tea must be properly prepared. Pour 8 oz. freshly boiled water over a tea bag in a ceramic cup. Cover cup and steep 10-15 minutes.
