"I even asked a fellow nursing mother if this was a tea you drink cause you like it or if it's something you choke down cause it's good for you. This is most definitely a choke down kinda thing unless you like that chamomile/ grassy flavor. I'm a coffee drinker so it was a no-go"

"This tea really works! But you really do need to drink at least 3 cups a day. I make an iced tea and drink it at work, but it seems that it is more effective when served as hot tea. It is amazing how fast my milk supply increased."

"This tea works! I started out only drinking 3 cups a day (the minimum amount they recommend) and I saw a difference in the quantity of my milk. Then I started drinking 4 cups a day, and saw an even bigger increase! I am taking fenugreek seed with the tea also. Highly recommend this product if you need to produce more milk."

Traditional Medicinals Organic Mother's Milk Herbal Tea Directions

For maximum benefit, medicinal tea must be properly prepared. Pour 8 oz freshly boiled water over a tea bag in a ceramic cup. Cover cup and steep 10-15 minutes. Water temperature, covering your cup and steeping time greatly influence the yield of beneficial components that will end up in your teacup! Gently squeeze the tea bag to release the remaining extractive. Drink 3 or more cups daily or as needed. Sweeten with honey if desired.
