"I used to get very bad PMS lower back pain. A friend suggested this and I was like "tea? yeah right, this is PAIN." Boy was I wrong. 2 cups of tea and a nap and the pain was gone. In the summer, I make iced tea with it and sometimes take the pills instead of making tea. The tea doesn't have an unpleasant taste to it either."
