"and it works very well. i don't use it for indigestion, so i can't say how it works for that. i actually found this when i was looking for a potassium supplement, and only became interested in pH balance a few weeks later. all other potassium supplements only give you 99 mg (3% of the RDA) so i find this to be a much more economical source. it is EXTREMELY tart, and i had some unpleasant burps the first few times i took it--but i was taking the full teaspoonful at once, and it was just too much for me. i even tried putting it in gelatin capsules but i found that HALF a teaspoon is imperceptible in a glass of iced green tea with stevia (or perhaps some other tart alkalizing drink like lemonade), and still is very effective when used with a sensible diet."
