"We couldn't be happier with this unit! It's much easier to get good, consistent crops of sprouts with this unit than with the old quart bottle method we used previously. I noticed that someone complained that this unit kept recycling dirty water - it doesn't if you follow the directions and change the water at least once a day. We have found that changing the water twice a day the first two days works for us."

Makes sprouting much easier,

"Using this product is much easier than trying to sprout in jars. No need to rinse sprouts numerous times a day, no dried out sprouts because a "family emergency" kept you from babying them for half a day. Just set it up, plug it in and it keeps them watered. You do have to change the water every day or so but that's not so bad. The main reason I gave it four stars rather than five is that I have a little trouble putting the seeds onto the tray once it's in the sprout barrel and can't put them on it first or else they'll spill when I try to put the tray inside the sprout barrel. A minor design flaw, perhaps, but the convenience otherwise leaves me quite pleased overall with the product. And yes, Vitacost does have the best price I've seen yet."

"I'm all about easy. This is easy to grow "fresh" sprouts & easy to clean. It saves so much money when I don't have to buy sprouts! I'm even contemplating on getting the extra barrel. It's a keeper!!"
