"I have sprouted for years, using the jar method, but often composted the sprouts as my schedule often did not allow for two rinsing per day. The sprouts would get slimy and smelly, if not rinsed and out they would go. I love my new sprouter. The rinsing is automatic, the sprouts are fresh when I use them, and the yields are greater.
I calculate that it will take 25 batches to make the machine pay for itself but I am having so much fun experimenting. And, Wah Lah! I only need to change the water once a day."
