"How do you know if D3 is working? My Dr wants me to take it, this is one of the brands I feel good about, and the price is right. I have a tendency to fall, but have not suffered any broken bones. I'm over 60."

"Great vitamin D for us sensitive types. I had no reaction. I gave it only 4 stars because, I'd only wish they'd get with the program and make higher potencies without vitamin K. Vitamin K causes the blood to clot and people taking blood thinners can't take it."

"Twinlab Allergy D3 Caps may in fact be the only fish-free version available. At least it's the only one I've found. It's also free of soy, yeast, barley, wheat, milk, citrus and egg. And Vitacost's price is half that of our local health food store, which is especially important to me as my doctor recommends 3000 IU a day (7-8 capsules)."

"You will not go wrong purchasing this product. There are no side effects such as constipation or dizziness that you may experience with other brands of Vitamin D3. I only wish they came in 1000 IU capsules."
