Can't beat the price and quality,

"The product is an excellent way to get a load of amino acid proteins before and after workout. I take a teaspoon before workout and before bed only on workout days (protein shake every morning) - Designer Whey). Many folks take much more but I think 1-2 tsp a day. The taste is fine - I mix with 8oz of water. A little like a bland lemonade. I have enough energy to get through a nice workout (cardio and machine weights). I'm not out for bulk - just tone with slight muscle mass. It works. I understand it is still good to have a supplement of L-Argenine at night as all the aminos work against each other. Just a tip."

"Easy to use, I mix it in juice. Taste is acceptable and does seem to work. Was a good value for what it contains and the ease of use."
