"This was the highest potency that I could find for the price and quantity. Excellent Value! The capsules does have an unpleasant odor, so I just try not to smell it and swallow it fast with a glass of milk. I couldn't find B-1 anywhere in the stores, I'm so glad I found vitacost. I know I'll find what I need and always at a great price. THANKS!"

"I have been taking Vitamin B1 for years now. It completely wipes out my stress, crankiness, etc. Of course you should never take mega amounts of vitamins without consulting a nutritionist, etc. You need to make sure you balance your other vitamins along with any changes you make. And Vitamin B1 is known to rot your teeth if you do not supplement it with Calcium, etc. Vitamin D helps you obsorb more Calcium. This is much safer this way. Meanwhile, I am not an expert, but it works for me! I started with 100 mg and increased over the years as needed with hormonal changes."
