"I have no idea whether or not the brewer's yeast is having an effect but I add it to my daily smoothies and I can't taste it. It was also cheap, so if it's not doing anything then at least I'm not wasting much money."

"Quality Brewers Yeast is a foundation for your day. Eight oz. of milk 1T of Brewers yeast and 1/2 cup of the fruit of your choice , blended, furnish 24 gm. of protein and takes less than 5 min to mix !

"We've been using Twinlab Brewers Yeast Powder for a number of years when our local market stopped carrying it. We found it at vitacost.com for a very reasonable price and received it within a few days of placing our order. It's not bitter at all - we use it to fortify our occasional smoothies and also mix about 1/4 teaspoon into our cats' 5.5 can of wet food each day (with vet's approval). Their coats are shiny, their eyes are bright and we believe it contributes to their overall good health."

"After trying another kind of yeast - the fortified kind - I have quickly returned to this original brewers yeast for it's benefits that I can see and feel. I take this product in warm water twice daily.
