"Twinlabs needs to make a similar product with a higher dosage. It gets tiresome to have to take 10 tablets during the course of the day. There's room for little else in daily pill packs."

"Easy on my sensitive stomach. I did a test on calcium supplements. Put them in a glass of warm water and see how long they take to dissolve. I even put some vinegar in there to simulate stomach acid. Most calcium supplements do not dissolve at all. These dissolve very quickly. Just make sure to take a separate vitamin D with it. I like vitami D drops that are all natural that were also purchased here."

"I've been taking this product for years with no problems. I like that the calcium is pulverized inside the caps, so my stomach doesnt have to break down "rock" pills like other brands. I don't have to worry about it getting stuck in my digestive tract."

"Doesnt cause me constipation. Seems to digest easily. Downside is that you have to take 3x the amount of calcium carbonate to get your daily value. Its supposed to be better absorbed though."

"There are many calcium products on the market and often confusing choices. We did a lot of research to find the best product with a quality lab and the best type of calcium. For daytime use, we take 1000mg of Phyto Therapy Liquid Calcium with 7 different types of calcium. At night, however, we take 300mg of Twin Labs Calcium Citrate along with Natures Way Milk Thistle (80% Silymarin) to help absorb the calcium. Twin Labs Calcium Citrate also contains 150mg of magnesium. Any calcium supplement should have 50% magnesium included. We are very pleased with the results and have taken it for over 2 years. I urge everyone to research calcium supplements and then stay with the same product and not just buy the least expensive brand on the market. All calcium is not the same. Twin Labs Calcium Citrate is one of those good products. Any supplement regimen should include a healthy diet and moderate exercise for good health."
