"I definitely noticed an increase in strength & endurance shortly after starting use of this product. I just take one teaspoon in a drink about 40 minutes prior to a workout. I didn't load up, like some people may advise you to do. I also haven't noticed any short term side-effects after use. I would, however, do some research before use since long term side-effects are questionable if creatine is taken in larger amounts than your body requires."
