"I love this multi-vitamin. First, because is requires only one pill per day, and second, because it never has caused any indigestion and I have never experienced the upset stomach or the retasting during the day. I have ordered many bottles of this product."

"I've been taking these as my daily for a few years now & keep reordering. I chose these as they have more mgs for several of the basic vitamins & minerals etc as compared to my previous, highly recommended vitamin(Basic 5 Preventative by Amni). The major factor in switching was because of needing to take six Basic 5 Preventatives and I only need to take one of the The TwinLab capsules to get the same amount. I don't understand how one capsule can contain the same amount of vitamins as the 6 tablets of the Basic 5, so I'm simply trusting TwinLab on this. I wish that supplements were regulated to assure quality & quantity but that's for another discussion. TwinLab has been around for a long time & I'm also very impressed by the brown, glass bottle for extra protection from light!"
