"I use gainers fuel as a food substitute rather tyhan a weight gain product. One serving after a one hour free weight workout helps as a protein supplement and keep me from getting the munchies. Although I preferred the 'Gainer fuel 2500' (no longer available) which I could mix with 2% milk, this product is an acceptable replacement."

"The Gainers Fuel 1000 Pro is the latest of the Twin Lab supplement line that provides both high quality carbs and protein. The product has undergone changes since it was last called Gainers Fuel. It is still a quality powder that mixes well with skim milk and provides a robust shake having a good taste that is not too sweet. I've been using Twin Labs Gainers fuel for many years and it is the main-stay as my breakfast meal."
