"Glutamine is calming and is an effective gut healer. Take is on an empty stomach at bedtime or if you wake up in the night. This is a nice capsule without unwanted ingredients."

"My 17 year old son takes 2 capsules after lunch and 2-3 after his workout. He feels it not only greatly helps his endurance, but it also helps his tummy (he's prone to many tummy troubles). My husband has also started to take two after his workout, and likes it.

"This stuff is better than Immodium AD. Any time I get a case of D I take L-Glutamine and it stops it dead in its tracks. I believe it healthier than Immodium AD and cheaper too!"
