"I started taking this because I read that it could help with the phlegm in the back of my throat. I have noticed it to be better. Also, I have noticed that when I get bit by a mosquito bite (it's summer time now), my bites aren't as big as they usually are. When I run out of the bottle, it will be interesting to see how my body reacts without it (if I will still notice a difference - if I do, I will surely buy more)."

"I have been pleased with the results of the Twinlab L-Histidine pills that I purchased. I was even more impressed with the price; I only paid a third of the price that I would have paid at the herb store. Next time, I am going to order 3 or 4 bottles and save even more.
