"My husband and I took this along with L-Arginine as part of a parasite cleanse and noticed that he began sleeping through the night and his life-long migraines eased up and then disappeared almost entirely! He has tried "an ocean" of things to ease them - including Maxalt from the pharmacy. He tried another brand without the results experienced from TwinLab. Hopefully, the pain-free results will continue!"

"I take this to help me sleep and also to increase growth hormone secretion at night. I wake up feeling very clear headed, unlike almost any other sleep aid I've tried. It also seems to help with clearing your mind of the days worries so you can actually get some sleep."

"The value was incredible. These really work for sleeplessness. I've been able to get some much needed rest but it doesn;t make me feel all drugged out which I needed because I have kids. Vitacosts is awesome! I got my product immediately and I'm literally in the middle of nowhere."
