"I actually saw this vitamin suggested at my local gym to help with muscle fatigue caused by working out. It also had the other attributes of helping with stress and boy have I noticed a difference. Being a stay at home mom with four kids (who are home-schooled) can be stressful. I have noticed an extreme difference in being able to handle my moods better, which is not why I originally bought the product and had a lot of doubts about that quality. In fact, if I don't take it in the morning I can tell that I get more stressed out than I am when I do take it. So now I'm a believer and grateful for the balance and I have already recommended this product to my friends."
