"i have tried virtually every enzyme moderate to high priced...this one works the best for me consistantly...others only worked sometimes or i would have to double up with hard to digest foods and still were not completely effective...plus it is so much easier to remember to take it when i am finished eating so that probably helps for better results...less bloating ,gurgling,burping etc etc when taking this and elimination is much more regular, also i think my skin is clearer ."

"I have tried many other enzyme pills and these are my favorite. They never upset your stomach. Eating really heavy food like meat or wheat products is made much easier to digest with these. I travel a lot and I never leave home without them. They also work really well as compared to more expensive items."

"I began taking super enzyme caps at the recommendation of my nutritionist after having my gall bladder removed. They are amazingly effective in aiding in a smooth and efficient digestion.
