"This product made my body feel strained. Hard to describe. It took 30 minutes or so into my work out to get over it. Tried it twice with same effect. Never again......

"I wanted an alternative to the overpriced sports drink that are commonly found in cycling/running stores. This product has very similar contents at a great price. The only downside is that it comes in one flavor and I wasn't a big fan of it unless I mixed it just right (about 2 scoops to 12oz water)"
