"I too have tried many different, more expensive named branned vitamins but I have kept searching because I didnt get much results (other than with the vitacost brand - but its 3 times the price). I am very pleased with this price and effectiveness. My nails still break after taking them for a few months, but my hair has grown extremely long and doesnt pull out. Great buy and effectiveness."

"I like the fact you only need 4 capsules a day to get the required dosage. The added bonus of the nutrients for hair, skin, nails and energy saves having to take additional vitamins. I have been very pleased with this multi-vitamin and the essential minerals. My husband takes Twinlife Men's Ultra Daily."
