"The capsules are bigger than I thought but it good stuff. I was expecting side effects since it's supposed to be taken at night and it relaxes you but it doesn't and I'm glad because I know it's natural. I'm very satisfied with it."

"I would have to say that this product is amazing if you use it 3 capsules a day for 30 days. It really helps you sleep great at night after a really hard lift, and I noticed that I wasn’t as sore the next day. To get the most out of it you still have to use it on non-training days too. If you use it right and train hard you’ll see noticeable body composition changes."

Suggested Use: Take 3 capsules daily for men or 2 capsules daily for women, preferably on an empty stomach, 30-60 minutes prior to bedtime. For best results, avoid taking with foods or supplements containing calcium. For best results, use as part of a low-fat diet and exercise program.
