"I had to return it. Even when taking just half a capsule, the Inositol made me irritable. And the irritability lasted all day. I'm disappointed in that I had read so much about Inositol for anxiety and depression, and it seemed to have the opposite effect on me. It's weird, when Inositol is in a B-complex, it doesn't have that effect on me."

"I have been taking TwinLabs Inositol for about a month now, and I do notice that I feel a lot better than I did prior to taking it. One thing that stands out for me is that I notice that I dont have an anxious feeling anymore as I used to. I take the Inositol twice a day and my moods have improved greatly as well. Winter time here in Ohio can be tough as we hardly ever get to get outside and do yardwork and play in the sunshine as we do in summer which often leads to the winter blahs as most people call it, but by taking a good regimen of daily vitamins including Vitamin D3, and the Inositol added to my diet I feel great. Twinlab products have always been top notch in quality."

"I have recently been taking oral hormones for a menstrual disorder. My hair was coming out in very large amounts - almost by the handfuls. After taking Twinlab inositol for 2 weeks, my hair returned to normal shedding. Being a hairstylist, I had recommended this product to my clients but had not been taking it myself. I am so glad that it worked so quickly for me!"
