"Acidophilus has been one of those supplements (at least for me) that sometimes is difficult to tell if it's working.

"I take this along with bromelain capsules (2-3 capsules each) whenever my digestion is not up to par or when my tummy feels upset I take it by itself. It works great!!! This works better on my digestive system than the old standby fiber. Too much fiber (wheat products) tends to give me headaches, so I use this instead. Keeps my digestive tract nice & healthy. My tummy thanks me immensely for it!!!"

"I have used many different probiotics over the past two decades and this is definitely one of the best. Some seemed to do nothing, some I could tell a little difference, and handful I could tell a definite difference. This is one that I could tell a definite difference. Good stuff!"
