"I've taken other kind of probiotics before. It worked but not without some side effects like occational bad stomach so I actually stopped using it. Months ago I was searching for probiotics for kids & I thought I'd also give this adult blend a try...it works great. I don't have any side effect at all & I can feel my digestion healthier. "I suffer from bouts of diarrhea and since taking this product I have experienced regularity in my bowel movements for the first time in years! I also seem to feel better and have more energy. I have noticed an increased amount of gas using this product but that is ok because being free of diarhea is well worth a little gas :)"

"I'm satisfied with this product, except now I read that we need "prebiotics" as well as "probiotics". As far as I can tell, this product doesn't contain prebiotics."
