"I've tried many of the Udo's products after hearing him speak a couple years ago. This is one I like a lot. When I first started using it, I was amazed how much energy it gave me, at at time I cut out caffeine, and made other diet changes. Now I add it to our smoothies every day, and it's a must have at our house. A couple times I compared it to other greens, and it just has so much in it, that I keep using this one."
