Directions

The cloudy layer in the oil is unique to this blend.. To obtain its benefits, shake bottle gently before each use. Take one tablespoon two times daily with meals. For Optimum Freshness, Keep Refrigerated.

"It's a little pricey but is worth every penny paid for it! Tastes very good by itself, on a salad, on rice, boiled potatoes (just allow any hot food to cool down before you dress it with this oil). Its taste almost disappears if mixed with juice or milk shake. Overall, a very good tasting supplement that provides EFA from plant sources if you have a problem taking fish oil."

"Since taking Udos Omega 3 my nails have gotten stronger and they are actually growing!! I have had many hang nails and don't get them any more. My heels are not dried and cracked and they actually feel smooth. I look forward to taking the oil 2 times a day. Great product."

"Ok, i have been taking omega vitamins for many years, most say take 4-6 a day (for the normal person.) well, i work out and its recommended to take almost double that amount to help keep the body in repair and healthy...thats alot of pills. This is liquid for one and for two its all three omega's in one at a much higher dose that pills! i take a tbsp with each protein shake and it even makes most shakes creamier and easier to drink! nice bonus. i think its way worth the price and will not stop using it. ooh and btw, it was recommended to me by a physical fitness trainer..."
