"I have never lost any weight taking this product but it works a whole lot better than a cup of coffee in the morning. Fucothin from Garden of Life is the best product for actual weight loss with the clinical research to back it up."

"This is an ok product, my heart rate remains high during workouts. Need to take a half hour before workout. Its not as good as the old blend. But start with half the dosage. Just do your research on anything of this nature before buying."
